First, just a little about me.
My name is Victor J. Lugo. I am currently enlisted in the United States Navy, stationed onboard an AEGIS Cruiser home ported in Yokosuka, Japan.
I first came up with the concept for QWAI while trying to earn some extra income for my family. For months I dabbled in MLM opportunities and a handful of home based businesses, but my deployment schedule and distance from the USA made it nearly impossible to succeed at any of them. I truly believed that there had to be an easier way to earn a little extra cash without having to invest alot of capital, time and energy. I was searching for the one "get rich quick scheme" that would actually work. As I kept searching for the opportunity, it presented itself in the form a "chain letter".
You know what a "Chain letter" is don't you? You send money to people on a list, and in turn you add yourself to the list and send it to others that will do the same, and eventually, residual income will arrive in your mailbox filled with little white envelopes stuffed with cash. Well, that is a very old idea, and it isn't too popular either.
Right now, I'm sure you're about ready to click the "X" on the upper right hand corner of this page and leave, and I don't blame you.

Glad to see that you're still reading, because I feel the same way most people do when they hear the words "chain letter". It is illegal, and there are never any guaruntees that you will ever make any money because the people on the so called list are complete strangers. Why would anyone send $1 or even to a list of complete strangers?
Well, I did. And I learned the hard way, what most people would already tell you. It doesn't work.
But while I was disappointed about this, I was also inspired. That's when QWAI hit me like a lightning bolt! Wait a minute! This is too easy a concept. Surely someone else by now has come up with this idea, have'nt they? I immediately started to search the internet for a similar concept. And after a month and counting, do you know what I've found? Nothing, nada, zero, zilch! It amazes me that a simple fellow like me, can come up with such an easy concept to make alot of money, and no one else has.
That's why I must safeguard my secret for now.
